Responsibilities

Own the accuracy and quality of all investor-facing materials, including decks, DDQs, data rooms, and reports

Run the operational execution of fundraising, including CRM hygiene, investor tracking, diligence workflows, and timelines

Manage LP reporting and communications execution, coordinating inputs and QA’ing all outbound materials

Act as the execution hub between IR, investment, finance, and operations teams

Build and improve IR systems and processes as the platform scales

Apply strong judgment around prioritization, escalation, and external communication
