Responsibilities

Perform as an Information Security Associate and assist the ISOU team in executing Information Technology (IT) projects in relation to system security

Assist Information Technology Specialist I/II with providing customers security direction

Responsible for multi-disciplinary research, planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing Information Security tasks at the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) including policy development and enforcement

Network, System, and/or Application experience

Customer service experience

Experience with facilitating meetings and communicating security-related concepts

Experience with NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology), SAM (State Administrative Manual), and SIMM (Statewide Information Management Manual) in regards to Cybersecurity

Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplined work groups

Ability to multi-task and work under pressures
