Responsibilities
Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and product roadmap
Lead cross-functional initiatives to position the company as a leader in coherent DSP and optical semiconductors
Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, engineering, and operations to ensure messaging, roadmap, and market alignment
Own product marketing for DSP ASICs, including competitive analysis, value proposition development, MRD/PRD creation, and market positioning
Develop technical marketing collateral (white papers, datasheets, product briefs, presentations) for engineers, system architects, and CTO-level decision-makers
Represent the company at industry events, engage with key analysts, and deliver technical presentations to elevate brand visibility
Design and implement go-to-market strategies including product launches, campaign planning, digital marketing, and sales enablement
Oversee global lead generation, PR, SEO/SEM, event strategy, and partner marketing programs
Partner with sales leadership to drive account-based marketing, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team; manage budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of successfully bringing technical semiconductor or telecom solutions to market in a startup or high-growth environment
Deep expertise in coherent optical systems, DSP algorithms, modulation formats, and market dynamics in telecom and datacom sectors
Demonstrated experience in writing and owning MRDs and PRDs for complex technical products
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate intricate technical concepts into compelling, market-ready narratives
Experience working with hyperscalers, network OEMs, or system integrators
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively
Background in both startup and large enterprise environments
Prior experience leading marketing efforts through funding rounds, M&A, or IPO stages
Extensive experience of progressive product marketing leadership experience, preferably in optical communications, semiconductors, or networking industries
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in optical communications, semiconductors, or networking industries
5+ years of specialized experience in coherent optics, DSP, transceivers, or photonic integrated circuits (PICs)
Preferred
MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical field (preferred)
Experience working with hyperscalers, network OEMs, or system integrators
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Budget management and resource allocation experience
Experience at both startups and large enterprises
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
