Inside Sales Executive
PrimePay is a company that helps growing businesses simplify payroll and stay compliant. They are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to generate their own pipeline and close net-new business with small to mid-sized companies, focusing on outbound prospecting and deal execution.

Responsibilities
Drive outbound outreach daily via phone, email, LinkedIn and other creative channels
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce
Lead discovery calls and guide business owners through our solutions
Create and present clear, value-driven proposals
Close new payroll business in a full-cycle sales process
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and revenue
Take feedback, apply it, and stay consistent
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR roles or similar high-activity environments
Strong communicator — especially over the phone and in follow-up
Motivated, organized, and comfortable owning your pipeline
Open to coaching and focused on continuous improvement
Committed to consistency, competitiveness, and high standards
