Responsibilities

Obtaining the CompTIA Security+ certification within 60 days of onboarding

Providing critical support to the watch floor during real-world operational events and exercises

Collaborating as part of a team to maintain, update, and design sites and pages across UNCLASS, SIPRNet, and JWICS platforms, leveraging various versions of SharePoint

Contributing to the design of innovative tools to ensure intelligence products are accessible, actionable, and impactful for customers and intelligence partners

Supporting operational readiness during hurricane season by developing and maintaining tools to track tropical storms and hurricanes

Delivering technical and account support for USCG-wide programs and systems

Gaining an understanding of Microsoft 365 tools (or demonstrating the ability to learn), including:

+ Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure

+ Microsoft 365 group management

+ The relationships between Microsoft 365 Application Suite, MS Teams, MS Groups, Active Directory, and SharePoint Online

Developing the ability to understand complex intelligence concepts and metrics, supporting intelligence collection efforts

Demonstrating problem-solving skills to overcome blockers and challenges in the operating environment

Supporting team success with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others

Adhering to and respecting command policies and regulations to maintain a professional environment

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field (preferred)

4–6 years of relevant professional experience in development or a related discipline
