Water Wings Swim School provides swim instruction to the community in a supportive environment. They are seeking a Front Desk team member to deliver high-quality customer service, manage communications, and assist families with their needs.

Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Manage inbound and outbound emails throughout day
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Make and move bookings, assist families in scheduling needs
Keep track of logs under Goggle Drive
Friendly engagement of families by phone and in person
Multitask to efficiently and professionally maintain accurate records and answer customer questions
Be a team player who is who is consistently dependable and reliable
Complete required training and be a continual learner
Follow our systems with a focus on follow through and details
Smile and have fun during your entire shift
Qualification
Required
Caring and compassion for children and adults
Ability to solve problems by proactively finding solutions
Strong communication skills
Great attitude and willingness to be coached
The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required
