Responsibilities

Define AI-first product requirements for interview flows, evaluations, and feedback generation
Design workflows where AI leads the interview experience , with minimal human dependency
Work on prompt design, scoring logic, and evaluation frameworks for AI interviews
Collaborate with engineers to translate product requirements into model-ready specifications
Analyze AI interview outputs to improve signal quality, fairness, and accuracy
Help define success metrics for AI interviews (precision, consistency, bias reduction, turnaround time)
Research competitors and emerging AI hiring products to inform roadmap decisions
Document product learnings from pilots and live customers

Required

Strong interest in AI products, LLMs, and automation-first systems
Ability to think in workflows, edge cases, and data signals
Basic understanding of how AI/ML models work (no need to train models, but you should understand inputs/outputs)
Structured problem-solving and clear communication
Comfort working in ambiguity and early-stage environments
Prior exposure to product management, UX, or data analysis is a plus

Preferred

Experience with prompt engineering or AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Familiarity with hiring, interviews, or assessment platforms
Experience writing PRDs, user stories, or experiment plans
