Responsibilities

Courseware Configuration/effectivity management
Effective communication (to enable a clean feedback loop to ARTs)
Responsible for overseeing modifications and requirements development to keep the training materials concurrent with the platform
Preparation of briefings for management and developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and tools for intervention/problem solving
Strong written and verbal communication skills required, as well as strong organizational skills and an ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
Support development of and sustainment of courseware configuration and data management processes
Support development of and maintenance of a centralized database of courseware configuration datasets
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Configuration Management objectives

Required

Must have a Bachelor's degree AND 5 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master's degree AND 3 years of related professional/military experience OR a Ph.D. AND 1 year of related professional/military experience
Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment
Must have a Bachelor's degree AND 8 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master's degree AND 6 years of related professional/military experience OR a Ph.D. AND 4 year of related professional/military experience

Preferred

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
Knowledge of Training Configuration and Data Management
Experience in Configuration Management (ECP / CCB) processes
Experience with Air Force Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process
Experience in military aircrew or maintenance training course design, development, and sustainment
Experience in military training techniques and instruction methods
An active in-scope DoD Top Secret clearance
Current Special Program Access (PAR/SAP)
Experience with task analysis and training system products
