Required

Top Secret/SCI clearance
High School Diploma
3 + years of related experience
US Citizenship
Communication skills
Help Desk Support skills
Troubleshooting skills
Customer service knowledge in software, hardware, configurations, and architectures
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software

Preferred

Experience with ServiceNow
Experience with VDI
