Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring exceptional service for residents and families

Hire, mentor, and support staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion

Engage daily with residents and families, creating trust and lasting connections

Manage budgets, support census growth, and partner with sales and marketing to tell our story in the community

Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold Agemark’s commitment to personalized, dignified care
