Responsibilities

Residential Sales Consultant's primary duty is to sell the company's products and services in a regional territory
You will be educating existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable

Qualification

HVAC sales experienceConsultative sales experienceSales pipeline managementComputer skillsCustomer service skillsProfessional appearanceSales psychologyCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsWriting skillsOrganizational skills

Required

2+ years consultative sales experience with proven closing success in HVAC sales
Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
Strong Computer Skills
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
Valid driver's license

Preferred

5+ years' experience retail and HVAC sales
Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Good writing skills
Professional appearance
Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
