Macro Structurer - Analyst - Associate
Deutsche Bank is a leading global investment bank, and they are seeking a Macro Structurer to help drive their derivatives business. The role involves generating bespoke trade ideas, creating tailored client content, and facilitating derivative hedge transactions in collaboration with Sales, Trading, and Research teams.

Responsibilities
Develop bespoke derivative hedging solutions for our clients
Produce thematic content based on macroeconomic events (e.g. election opportunities)
Monitor existing books for restructuring opportunities
Maintain and enhance existing analytics suite for risk management
Produce pitch decks for ideas to Sales and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; familiarity with global financial markets and derivatives
Strong quantitative and technical ability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow for comfort in client-facing situations
Problem solving skills and a highly motivated, self-starter attitude
Preferred
Knowledge of derivatives and markets (FX and/or Rates preferred)
Strong mathematical / technical background
Familiarity with coding (python in particular)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
