Responsibilities

Develop integrated marketing strategies to build interest in the CrossFit brand– specifically driving gyms and courses forward
Create customer activation programs and content that drive engagement with our existing community and growth with new customers
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channel touchpoints
Manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines/deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams, including GYM and EDU, product, creative, social and more, to ensure alignment in messaging and execution across all marketing channels
Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to maximize collaboration opportunities
Identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights in the fitness landscape that can drive new opportunities and inform marketing strategies
Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives

Required

5+ years experience working on marketing campaigns
Experience creating multi-channel marketing strategies and plans
Experience working with a PR agency
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives at once
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to balance differing priorities across teams
The discipline, flexibility, and self-starter mentality required to work as part of a high-performing team
