Responsibilities

Perform specialized duties related to the company’s ethics and compliance program, including participating in GDPR compliance efforts, processing of DSARs, monitoring legislation for new laws imposing data privacy obligations on the company or otherwise affecting the company’s business practices

Work with CCO, members of the Legal, Human Resources, and Internal Audit Teams on internal investigations

Work with various departments to compile information and documentation and develop programs related to compliance risks being faced by the company and its risk mitigation/management efforts

Manage the company’s DSAR process

Assist in the creation of documents related to or supporting company’s ethics and compliance efforts

Respond to government inquiries related to data privacy and compliance matters

Assist CCO and Communications Team with compliance- and ethics-oriented communications to Team Members

Complete special projects as assigned

Monitor federal, state and local laws related to compliance and ethics to ensure the company is aware of and compliant with them

Record legal documents
