Responsibilities
Identify and secure new opportunities in metal machining and precision components for medical devices and pharmaceutical applications
Build and maintain relationships with R&D, engineering, sourcing, and quality teams at OEMs
Drive new logo acquisition and manage early-stage program engagement
Collaborate with engineering and operations to develop technically robust proposals
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
Represent the organisation at customer sites and industry events
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical machining/metal components business development
Strong technical knowledge of precision machining, metals, and regulated manufacturing
Track record of winning new programs and establishing long-term accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Based in a U.S. medical device hub with willingness to travel
