GRUPO EULEN USA is seeking an Airport Operations Coordinator Intern to provide a hands-on learning experience for students or recent graduates interested in aviation operations and ground handling services. The intern will support the Operations Management team in various responsibilities related to airport operations, safety protocols, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Support the Operations Management team in coordinating ground handling activities, including cabin cleaning, ramp support, GSE, passenger services, baggage handling, and cargo security

Collect, understand, and verify operational data and reports to support departmental initiatives and leadership decision-making

Gather statistics, prepare reports, and analyze performance metrics for equipment or operations

Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other operational tools for tracking resources, schedules, and performance

Assist in documenting operational procedures, incident reports, and compliance-related activities

Participate in special projects to optimize workflow, enhance customer service, and improve operational efficiency

Assist managers with daily operations, coordinate ground handling, and support special projects

Other duties as assigned

Required

Currently in the final year of study or recently graduated with a degree in Operations Management, Aviation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn operational systems

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Interest in airport operations, logistics, and ground services, with a commitment to safety and efficiency
