They are seeking a Client Service Analyst who will assist clients by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they derive maximum value from the software.

Responsibilities
Assisting clients by phone, email, and chat to answer questions and troubleshoot issues
Working closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams to act as a bridge between customers and technology
Turning every interaction into a positive experience and every problem into a solution
Helping customers resolve technical challenges and guiding them through new features
Documenting insights that improve processes
Qualification
Required
Accounting or bookkeeping experience
Knowledge around financial statements, debits and credits, and full-cycle accounting principles
AP or AR knowledge
1-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or help desk roles, ideally in a SaaS or software environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you're clear, empathetic, and professional
A knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving, paired with curiosity and patience
Comfort with technology and a genuine desire to help people succeed with it
