Responsibilities
Assists in the production of new commercial lines accounts and the retention of existing accounts
Provides prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities
Assist in proposals but all renewals, cancellations, some billing, endorsements - basically the accounts start to finish
Qualification
Required
Must hold a current Property & Casualty License (If not in the state of TN, must be willing to transfer licensing to the state)
2+ years of Commercial Lines experience as a CSR and/or Account Manager that is relevant to the role
Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Vertafore products: AMS360, ImageRight, PL Rater, etc
