Assist in ensuring compliance with US labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
Support HR documentation, employee records, and compliance audits
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and background verification processes
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on HR compliance matters
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee data
Support HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR compliance
Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with US labor laws and compliance
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience supporting US-based employees or clients
Exposure to audits, compliance reporting, or legal HR documentation
