5+ years in Support of MicroStation / ProjectWise / OpenRoads Designer
5+ years in Enterprise software implementation and deployment
5+ years in Software package creation and deployment
5+ years in SME for CADD tools and provides extensive support for civil engineering software
5+ years in Effective customer-centric support
5+ years in Experience providing guidance to end users based on analysis of hardware, software and technologies associated with civil engineering workflows
Excellent communication skills and team player
Exercises logic and reasoning to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Makes decisions that support business objectives and goals
5+ years in Work on TxDOT CADD/Engineering projects
Experience using AI tools to gain efficiencies in Digital Delivery
