Responsibilities

Provide first and second-line IT support to end users
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and applications
Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory / Microsoft 365)
Troubleshoot basic networking issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
Support VPN and remote access connectivity
Log, track, and resolve tickets in line with SLAs
Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records
Follow IT security policies and procedures

Required

2+ years of experience in an IT Support / Desktop Support / Helpdesk role
Strong knowledge of: Windows 10/11
Strong knowledge of: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Experience with: Active Directory user administration
Experience with: Hardware and software troubleshooting
Experience with: Ticketing systems and ITSM processes
Strong communication and customer-service skills

Visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred

Experience with device management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF)
Exposure to Windows Server environments
IT certifications such as: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
Equivalent professional experience will be considered
