Responsibilities

Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Assist guests in all inquiries, services, directions, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, recommendations for off property, etc
The Bell Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation
Escorts guests to their rooms while delivering luggage to room upon check-in
Picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive
Maintains proper records of stored luggage, package deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Four Seasons Standards
Helps resolve customer complaints, and resolve issues related to the front drive
Will complete any tasks of a Doorman, Bellman, Valet Driver or House car Attendant in absence of coworkers or when necessary
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Performs duties related to guests and residents’ seasonal equipment storage or delivery of ski equipment and mountain bikes and related gear when needed
Assist the Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks and special requests
Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off the hotel property

Preferred

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Good communication and fluent English skills are required
Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
Ability to use computer systems such as Opera, HotSOS and MS Excel
Ability to push, pull or lift up to 60lbs throughout shift
Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift
