Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their financing needs are met with professionalism and integrity
Guide customers through financing options, presenting service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products that will enhance their ownership experience
Review and assess credit applications, prepare delivery documentation, and finalize financial transactions accurately and ethically
Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve monthly F&I income targets, penetration levels, and high customer satisfaction scores
Foster a team-oriented environment, mentoring and supporting colleagues to continuously improve performance and service quality
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership, with a solid understanding of finance options, customer relations, and compliance
Strong track record of high performance, including meeting or exceeding monthly F&I goals and achieving outstanding customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and work collaboratively within a team
Self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a process-driven environment
A commitment to maintaining a positive, ethical, and customer-focused atmosphere for both customers and team members
