Post job openings and actively source suitable candidates
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews, evaluating skills and experience
Collaborate with department managers to define job profiles and hiring needs
Develop talent attraction strategies for production, warehouse, welding, painting, and administrative positions
Maintain candidate databases and keep recruitment records up to date
Participate in continuous improvement projects related to recruitment
Support other Human Resources projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required)
1-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR support
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Experience with job boards and professional networking platforms
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to learn new processes
Ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment
