Identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies
Advising on regulatory and compliance matters, privacy, intellectual property, and go-to-market strategy
Drafting and negotiating commercial licensing agreements; and
Providing day-to-day input on business strategy

Legal experienceJuris DoctorCorporate law experienceTransactional licensingAdvisory skillsRisk managementNegotiation skills

Required

5+ years of legal experience
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent

Preferred

Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
