Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new healthcare business opportunities aligned with strategic growth goals
Develop and execute account and market entry strategies across priority healthcare segments
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and influence early in the design lifecycle
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solution-based, value-added proposals
Contribute to commercial strategy, forecasting, and long-range planning
Lead new program kick-offs, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years' experience in business development or major account leadership within healthcare contract manufacturing
Strong technical understanding of injection molding, assembly, and value-added manufacturing services
Proven track record winning complex, multi-site programs
Strategic, proactive, and relationship-driven commercial leader
