Responsibilities
8 to 12 Yrs of experience in the Mainframe & Java Modernisation space
Understanding the requirements for the Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration
Participation in the LMCOE (Legacy Migration) in previous engagements
Knowledge in automation tools in developing the problem statement using Python
Experience and work on the Mainframe Modernization in migration On-Prem to On-Prem, Cloud Migration to Azure, Migration to Microfocus
Understanding in building the team composition for Migration Projects
Programming experience on Mainframe COBOL/CICS/JCL/IMS/DB2
Strong in triaging production issues using all the basic tools in Mainframe
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively across the organization
Understanding and experience of Product Development Life Cycle, Business Requirement Specification documentation and experience of working in an Agile environment

Eligible Visas: USC/GC/H4-EAD
Mandatory Skill Set: COBOL, IMS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, CICS
8 to 12 Yrs of experience in the Mainframe & Java Modernisation space
Experience in understanding the requirements for the Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration
Tech stack used is Java FSD, Python, Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, MQ)
Part of the LMCOE (Legacy Migration) in previous engagement
Knowledge in automation tools in developing the problem statement using Python
Experience and worked on the Mainframe Modernization in migration On-Prem to On-Prem, Cloud Migration to Azure, Migration to Microfocus
Understanding in building the team composition for Migration Projects
