Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for Aman Residences at Amangiri
Manage pricing, launch phasing, and pre-sales aligned with regional goals
Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract and handover
Build and maintain client relationships
Execute sales activations like property previews, private viewings, and investor events
Collaborate with senior executives and partners to set and execute sales goals
Maintain sales and marketing budgets, provide updates to executives and partners
Manage client interactions, Customer Relationship Management integrity, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with Aman protocols on lead management and reporting
Represent Aman brand, supporting public relations/media efforts and promoting product awareness

Required

Proficient in understanding architectural plans
Experience in hiring and managing teams
Ability to problem-solving and troubleshoot
Excellent prospecting skills for a robust sales pipeline
Strong organizational, leadership, and team collaboration skills
