The Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned inventory, maintaining effective communication with clients, and ensuring compliance with dealership standards.

Responsibilities
Stay informed of current inventory, prices, and availability
Maintain effective communication with existing and potential clients
Educate clients regarding offerings
Track changing market conditions, values, activities, and incentives
Be familiar with the appraising procedure and sell the appraisal
Develop a personal plan to accomplish daily, monthly, annual objectives
Record all guest engagement in dealership platform
Follow an effective prospecting system daily, using a variety of contacts
Complete all sales forms, ensuring proper signatures and all required information is obtained
Inspect unit with customers upon delivery
Deliver unit, ensuring that the customer is familiar with all operations of the unit & explain the importance of CSI
Request assistance from Sales Manager on dealing with objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis
Know and understand the federal, state and local laws that govern motorsports sales
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous sales experience in a related field with consistent performance exceeding dealership volume, profitability, and CSI standards
Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Valid Florida driver license and clean driving record REQUIRED
Ability to work weekends
