They are seeking Automotive Outbound Customer Service Agents to connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and text, providing exceptional service and support for sales inquiries and service appointments.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels (inbound/outbound calls, chat, text, email)
Call Flow customers to update them on current recalls, retention offers, and service repair contract options
Set high-quality appointments for service visits
Use CRM and telephony systems to call and text customers
Collaborate with dealership staff, brand partners, and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion
Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
Work on-site in our office (not a hybrid or remote position)
Qualification
Required
