Guest Service Representative
Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join their team at the Jackson Southtown. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay.

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Process reservations and manage room assignments using the hotel management system
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle cash and credit transactions securely and accurately
This position may be responsible for airport shuttles as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Additional education in hospitality is a plus
