Advanced Supply Chain Group Ltd is seeking a proactive Management Accountant to join their Commercial Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves owning month-end reporting, preparing financial statements, and working on projects to enhance financial systems and controls.

Responsibilities

Own month-end reporting for your sites – deliver accurate, on-time reports with real insight behind the numbers

Prepare and post journals, and produce monthly P&L and balance sheet reports

Review GRNI and general ledger entries with a keen eye for detail

Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items efficiently

Work closely with stakeholders to deliver daily financial KPIs and highlight key P&L drivers Maintain and improve financial governance – support SOP compliance and implementation Raise customer invoices and investigate queries to ensure smooth resolution

Support audit processes and ensure all purchasing, invoicing, and capex policies are followed

Required

CIMA / ACCA qualified or part qualified

Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel

Experience of month end accounts preparation and reporting

Analytical mindset, commercial awareness, and confidence to work with our stakeholders

Ability to comprehend and interpret operational data and financial models

Capability of working on cross functional assignments and developing client relationships alongside multiple stakeholders

Preferred

Understanding of Sage 200 is desirable
