Hands-on experience working as a member of a specific department and team
Assigned projects to accelerate learning of key functions/process
Cross-functional departmental exposures
Exposure to other business areas to ensure full understanding of the company structure and strategy
Professional development sessions and networking opportunities
End of program presentation of project findings, and recommended course of action to leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to the internship
Availability to work onsite for the duration of the 10-week internship from June 1st to August 7th
Ability to work as a member of a specific department and team
Willingness to engage in assigned projects to accelerate learning of key functions/process
Interest in cross-functional departmental exposures
Desire to gain exposure to other business areas to ensure full understanding of the company structure and strategy
Participation in professional development sessions and networking opportunities
Ability to present project findings and recommended course of action to leadership at the end of the program
