Oversee Local Law 11/FISP inspections and reporting
Manage building envelope design and historic preservation efforts

Prepare architectural plans, details, and specifications
Support contractor walkthroughs, bid reviews, and construction administration
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in architecture
at least 5 years in Local Law 11/FISP
Registered Architect (RA)
Bachelor's degree
Strong command of AutoCAD and Excel
NYC project experience
deep understanding of restoration practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
