They are seeking experienced Field Technicians to join their national contractor network for project-based work involving interior and exterior assembly, minor electrical swaps, and installation of design elements.
Interior Design
Responsibilities
Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment in both residential and commercial settings
Perform minor non-permitted electrical swaps, such as replacing light fixtures
Mount and install TVs, art, mirrors, drapery, and hardware to precise specifications
Execute outdoor structure assemblies, including saunas, pergolas, and hot tubs
Review and complete all work per the project’s Scope of Work (SOW) and quality standards
Communicate with Somerled project managers to confirm timelines, punch lists, and completion reports
Maintain professionalism, discretion, and client-facing readiness at all times
Qualification
Required
Proven background in assembly, finish carpentry, or field installation
Ability to complete light electrical and mechanical tasks safely (non-permitted)
Must provide own tools and valid identification for travel
Comfortable with national travel (approx. 15+ days per month)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must carry or be willing to obtain general liability insurance
Can lift 50-100 lbs regularly
High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to work in the U.S
Active Driver's License
Flexible schedule, including possible weekend work and travel and 12 hour days
