Develop and implement HSE procedures and documentation
Deliver HSE training and coaching
Support Head of SHEQ and vessel operations (onshore/offshore)
Participate in tender reviews and client meetings
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Manage shore-based HSE activities and liaise with safety reps
Oversee third-party offshore HSE advisors
Promote behavioral safety programs (e.g., NINA)
Prepare HSE reports and training materials
