Responsibilities

Ensure completion of assigned tasks and actively monitor timelines to support Project Managers

Participate in project meetings and propose/implement process improvements when necessary

Communicate project progress, updates, and follow-ups to clients, stakeholders, and internal team members

Evaluate potential project risks and collaborate with Project Managers to develop mitigation strategies

Manage straightforward projects requiring minimal client interaction; act as the primary client contact and address questions or observations promptly

Serve as the Client Advocate for work executed on-site

Assist in developing and overseeing a Project Plan to achieve key milestones

Assist with leading meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure project success

Qualification

Regulated Industry ExperienceProject ManagementMicrosoft Office SuiteERP System ExperienceCommunication SkillsProblem-Solving SkillsTeam Collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in a regulated industry

Demonstrated experience managing projects

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint desired

Experience with ERP system desired
