Responsibilities
Make direct marketing and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers
Interact with customers regarding orders, shipments, and delivery status
Track customer shipments and follow up on open orders
Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems
Prepare and enter customer order cost sheets
Calculate sales margins
Provide general sales and marketing support to the internal team
Assist in shipping orders
Qualification
Required
Clear, confident, and professional speaking voice
Strong phone communication skills
Computer literate with solid working knowledge of: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must be COVID vaccinated
