Responsibilities
Structure and finalize retail/lease deals; submit to lenders and secure approvals
Present and enroll customers in F&I products in a clear, pressure-controlled way
Ensure deal accuracy, complete paperwork, and funding readiness
Maintain compliance standards (privacy, documentation, menu, disclosures)
Work with sales leadership to improve approvals, funding speed, and customer experience
Track performance metrics (PVR, product penetration, chargebacks, funding time)
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to get deals approved and funded with minimal rehash
Strong understanding of lender programs, credit tiers, and stipulations
Highly organized, detail-driven, and process-oriented
Strong communication and customer presentation skills
Valid driver's license; ability to pass background/drug screening as required
Preferred
2+ years automotive F&I experience preferred (high-performing Sales Managers with strong desk + compliance experience will be considered)
