Employee Experience Intern (Part-Time and/or Paid Internship)

InternFirst Orion is a leader in branded communications technology, seeking a people-centric Employee Experience Intern to support their People Team. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for team members and assisting with daily operations, events, and new hire preparations.

Responsibilities
Restock snacks, drinks, and coffee supplies throughout office breakrooms
Keep breakrooms tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked
Break down boxes and manage recycling and waste in breakroom areas
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock room
Receive incoming packages, track inventory, and restock supplies as needed
Assist with setup and teardown of catered lunches, Beer:30, breakfasts, and other onsite events
Ensure spaces are prepared, clean, and ready for team member gatherings
Provide friendly, helpful, and service-minded interactions with team members and visitors
Partner closely with the People Team to support daily office experience needs
Prepare for incoming new hires, including desk setup, assembling swag bags, scheduling calendar invitations, and setting up the orientation room
Jump in proactively when you see an opportunity to improve the employee experience
Serve as a friendly, dependable resource for our team members throughout the day
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift and move 25+ pounds regularly
Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the building for most of the shift
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive, friendly, and servant-hearted approach to helping others
Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Reliability and consistent attendance (M–F, 4 hours per day)
Preferred
Interest in hospitality, customer service, or People/HR is a plus
