Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight for large-scale power generation construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead and develop high-performing project and field teams
Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and risk for projects ranging from $50M–$200M
Serve as a key client partner, ensuring strong relationships and financial performance
Support business development efforts, proposals, and client presentations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic growth planning
Oversee commissioning, handover, and project closeout activities
Travel extensively to project sites nationwide

Required

15+ years of experience in the power generation industry
Proven leadership as a Project Executive, Director, or senior project leader on large-scale ($50M–$200M) projects
Strong experience with Design-Build delivery and Target Value Delivery (TVD)
Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling tools)
