Human Resources Information System Consultant
Experis is a global leader in IT professional resourcing, and they are seeking a Workday Benefits + Retirement Functional Specialist for a short-term assignment. This role focuses on troubleshooting Workday issues, supporting benefits and retirement processes, and managing special projects in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Workday issues related to data integrations
Investigate and resolve ServiceNow tickets promptly
Support and run special benefits and retirement projects
Pull reports and perform audit reconciliations
Assist with 401(k) loan clean-up efforts
Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to ensure accuracy
Qualification
Required
Workday experience (Required)
3–5 years of experience in HRIS systems, Workday HCM, and benefits administration
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Retirement plan experience (Highly Preferred) or strong benefits background
Familiarity with HRIS/HR systems related to retirement
Certifications such as Workday HCM Certification or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) are a plus
