Gelpac is seeking an Engineering Intern designed for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on engineering experience. The intern will work closely with experienced engineers, develop technical skills, and contribute to meaningful engineering projects at their Wrightstown, WI manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with product trials completed on the production floor

Lead Projects to improve operational efficiency

Utilize Statistical Measures to show improvement

Elevate complex and/or high priority problems for resolution

Read, understand and follow work instructions

Provide updates and metrics regarding project status and learning moments using a variety of media

Work independently and ability to collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements, gather information and provide feedback

Assist other department/team members as needed

Must be able to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed

All other duties as assigned
