Responsibilities
Build relationships with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and independent professionals through outreach, networking, and referrals
Identify prospects who may benefit from business credit, capital‑readiness, or other concierge‑style business solutions
Schedule qualified appointments with the concierge team, ensuring prospects are prepared for the conversation
Attend the initial call to introduce the prospect, establish rapport, and support a smooth handoff
Allow the concierge team to present options, answer questions, and complete enrollments
Maintain consistent follow‑up and relationship management to support long‑term trust and future referrals
Manage a personal pipeline of leads, appointments, and ongoing relationships
Utilize Quylara’s suite of concierge platforms to connect clients with additional solutions and generate multiple revenue streams
Track activity, appointments, and outcomes with accuracy and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor
Ability to manage your own schedule and activity levels
Reliable internet, phone, and workspace
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Commitment to meeting performance expectations and maintaining consistent activity
Preferred
Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal communication skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners and establishing rapport quickly
Ability to schedule and manage appointments consistently
Confidence introducing prospects without needing to be a subject‑matter expert
Organized and able to manage follow‑ups, pipelines, and ongoing relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in multiple revenue streams
Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
Professional presence and ability to represent the company well on initial calls
Ability to learn high‑level value propositions and articulate them simply
