Responsibilities

Provides overall IT administrative and/or system support for the Information Technology Department
Works with multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Acts as the key liaison between the business community and vendors
Codes, defines criteria, performs testing and debugging, and maintains programs to meet the informational needs of Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s numerous facilities and administrative offices

Qualification

Information TechnologyTechnical SupportComputer KnowledgeCustomer ServiceClerical Experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Two (2) years clerical or secretarial experience demonstrating extensive computer knowledge and skills
Excellent customer service skills

Preferred

Previous experience in providing support for hardware, software and information systems to an organization
