Responsibilities
Lead the electrical services team and manage day-to-day electrical field activity
Communicate effectively with customers and vendors
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Make strategic decisions in collaboration with ownership
Ensure quality and customer experience in all services provided
Qualification
Required
Experience in Residential Electrical Sales, Service and Installation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate options effectively with clients
Experience and Technical Proficiency with Commercial Electrical Services
Required - Texas Electrical Journeyman License
Required - Texas Driver's License
