Handle critical data reporting for sensitive investor relationships
Compile and post property and investor reports, benefit schedules, and broker reports
Manage document activities and support team members with quarterly investor reports
Run and review reports to ensure they are posted to the portal by essential deadlines
Review benefits schedules for accuracy and ensure timely postings
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Target Reporting Analyst / Data Reporting Assistant / Investor Reporting Coordinator profiles with strong experience in report generation, data accuracy review, PDF report handling, and document management, preferably in financial services, real estate, or investment management environments
Intermediate to advanced skills in client applications
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (PDF reporting)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and work independently after training
Effective multitasking and organizational skills
Adaptability to shift priorities and meet deadlines
