Qualification
Required
Proven Leadership: Able to manage marketing & sales funnels while leading a sales team, overseeing operations, budgeting, planning, and staffing
Insurance Savvy (or Eager to Learn): Experience is a plus but not required—willingness to learn is essential, with full training provided
Core Traits: Resourceful, intuitive, and coachable; a self-starter with urgency, a strong work ethic, and a passion for engaging the community to address insurance needs
Benefits
Signing Bonus: $5,000 upon full-time appointment.
Reserve Net NB Commissions Bonus: One-time bonus based on net new business (subject to max amount).
Monthly Lead Opportunity Program: Up to $500 per month when qualification goals are met.
Monthly & Annual Bonuses: Opportunities based on net new business commissions and production for up to three years, including Life and Commercial lines (subject to specified maximums).
