Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver projects or project phases, ensuring alignment with objectives, scope, budget, and timeline
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact
Track and report project progress to stakeholders, including status updates, risks, and resource allocation
Manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and accountability
Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and post-project reports
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure clarity of goals and responsibilities
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience managing moderately complex projects, preferably in a cross-functional or cross-company environment
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
Need to have recent banking company experience
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certification
Experience with both technical and non-technical project management
