ONIQ is on a mission to transform manufacturing for a more sustainable and efficient future. As part of the Product Team, you will lead the frontend development of the IQA Lean Copilot, realizing frontend features and UI/UX workflows in close collaboration with product management.

Responsibilities

Own the frontend from start to end. Shape features and concepts while collaborating with other team members across the organization and actively contribute towards providing a great UI/UX to enterprise manufacturing companies

Develop our frontend web application, e.g. creating analysis workflows for our customers based on complex production data, developing the architecture of the application, developing visualizations that render large amounts of data, and enhancing our automated and AI-assisted development and testing capabilities

Architect a maintainable and extendable frontend codebase and manage the processes that will create it

Actively participate in the agile development process and continuously improve the teams development practices

Mentor and lead frontend developers and participate in knowledge transfer across the company

Required

Experience with SaaS B2B products and willingness to immerse yourself and become an expert in a SaaS B2B product for manufacturing processes and the manufacturing domain in general

At least five years of experience working as a (senior) frontend developer or lead (HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React), ideally featuring data-intensive applications and advanced analytics tools

Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Storybook, Cypress)

Ability to leverage modern AI-assisted development tools

Interest in being challenged by developing a web app with a strong UX focus to deliver process insights to our customers based on analytical data

High levels of organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to both coordinate with a team and work independently with a strong sense of ownership

Strong communication skills in English and the ability to explain complex topics

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
